Hearst Tower: A 46-story structure, Platinum LEED-certified global headquarters of Hearst, one of the nation's largest diversified media and information companies. Opened in 2006 it was 600 feet above its original, by William Randolph Hearst in 1928.
City Hall, London: The headquarters of the Greater London Authority (GLA), which comprises the Mayor of London and the London Assembly. It was opened in July 2002, and was under lease by GLA until they later moved to a location they owned in 2021.

30 St Mary Axe: An environmentally progressive building. Its uncompromising modernity is allied toward sensitivity to the natural environment. Known previously as the Swiss Re Building, informally known as The Gherkin, it was completed in December 2003 and opened in April 2004.
Palace of Peace and Reconciliation Kazakhstan: A 62-metre-high (203 ft) pyramid in Kazaknstan that serves as a non-denominational national spiritual center and an event venue. Designed by Foster and Partners and completed in 2006, it was was constructed to house the triennial Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions.
