DC Colonel

DC Comics

One of the highlights of Comic-Con over the past few years has been the beautiful insanity that is DC Comics ongoing advertising partnership with KFC—which has given us goofy comics in which Colonel Sanders himself rubs shoulders with DC’s finest heroes. Colonel Sanders made his first appearance in the DC Comic, "The Colonel Of Two Worlds #1". And later, in a comic called "The Crisis of Infinite Colonels".

Dating Sim

I Love You, Colonel Sanders! A Finger Lickin' Good Dating Simulator is a dating sim developed by Psyop. The video game was commissioned by the restaurant chain KFC and released for free on Steam on September 24, 2019. A parody of conventional dating sims, the primary objective of the player is to develop a romantic relationship with a fictionalized version of KFC's founder Colonel Sanders, portrayed as an attractive classmate at a cooking school. "We are always looking for unexpected ways for people to interact with the Colonel." The goal of the campaign was to "make KFC famous," Kelly said.
