Ingredients: 3/4 cups of caster sugar, 1 cup of boiling water, 1 cup of lemon juice (aprox. 5 lemons), 2 cups of ice, 1-2 cups of cold water

1) Pour suger and boiling water into jug

2) Stir, dissolve sugar into water

3) Place sugar water in fridge to cool

4) Squeeze lemons to make 1 cup of lemon juice

5) Strain lemon juice into jug of sugar water

6) Add 1-2 cups of cold water and stir to combine

7) Enjoy!
