While Joshua Tree National Park offers a stunning variety of wildlife and plants , it also offers several awesome activities. You can go early in the morning and watch the sunrise from Keys view. You can go stargazing under the Arch Rock. There is hiking,birdwatching, springs to swim in, horseback riding, and even a ranch on site.


Barker Dam is a 1.3 mile loop trail that offers the best variety of the parks amenities.

A majority of the park is pure wilderness and ideal for horseback riding.

Due to its isolation Joshua Tree is one of the best places for stargazing. It is known as an international dark sky park.

Keys Ranch is the former homestead and ranch of William F. Keys, who settled in the area in the 1910s.

The Cottonwood Spring Oasis is a permanent spring that flows at about 500 gallons a day.

This huge, naturally sculpted rock peers at you from among a set of boulders, and it always draws a crowd.
